Having been designers for myriad companies within the fashion industry, we have first-hand experience of design work being either miscredited, uncredited, discarded or unused. Z_DROPPED plans to disrupt this norm by investing in vetted creatives.

By providing a curated online platform to empower these creatives to exist on their terms, we function as a one-stop-shop of production, marketing, and sales that highlight each designer further than the confines of the corporate landscape.

Z_DROPPED gives back the spotlight, validation and financial returns to creatives that have earned it. This will be the start of a creative industry disruption and revolution.

Responsibilities:

• Make sure inventory is fully stocked (weekly/monthly).
• Help print, package and ship orders.
• Printer maintenance.
• Cleaning machines.
• Assist in the creation and direction of social content.
• Assist in the creation and management of emailers and SMS send out (no send off w/o approval for “X” amount of time).
• Shoot and post products to social accounts.
• Additional tasks not listed here.
• Will complete together on completion of hire.
• Might need to work late nights and weekends.

Must:

• Have an entrepreneurial spirit / attitude.
• Have a “can do” attitude and perspective at additional tasks.
• Be ok with dogs.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be comfortable signing an NDA.
• Keep personal matters and affairs confidential. 
• Have basic knowledge on how to use a computer
• Knowledge in google suite / microsoft office a plus.

Preferences:

• Interest in mens and women's fashion (streetwear and action sports).
• Knowledge / experience in marketing / ad spend.
• Knowledge in illustrator / photoshop / canva.
